Once-Daily AMRIX — for Relief of Muscle Spasm and its Associated Signs and Symptoms: Pain, Tenderness, and Limitation of Motion8

In clinical trials, AMRIX was significantly better than placebo in patient-rated medication helpfulness.2*†

Patients Rating of Medication - Good to Excellent

*Two identical, phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, active- and placebo-controlled, 4-arm (AMRIX 15-mg qd; AMRIX 30-mg qd; cyclobenzaprine IR 10 mg tid; and placebo), 14-day treatment trials in patients with moderate to severe acute low-back or neck muscle spasm.

Cyclobenzaprine IR was included as a reference drug. The studies were not designed to defect statistical differences between AMRIX and cyclobenzaprine IR.

Primary efficacy endpoints: patient's rating of medication helpfulness and physician's clinical global assessment at Day 4. There were no significant treatment differences between the AMRIX treatment groups and the placebo group in physician's clinical global assessment.

A primary efficacy endpoint. Significant for the 15-mg dose in study 1106 and the 30-mg dose in study 1105.

AMRIX provides the proven efficacy of cyclobenzaprine in a unique formulation.

Once-daily AMRIX won't hold your patients back.

  • Patient-rated relief from local pain (P=.004)
  • Patient-rated restriction of movement (P=.002)

Versus placebo in study 1105 at Day 4.
